You're invited to take part in our FOURTH annual warm-weather training camp in sunny Clermont, FL. (Unfortunately the 2021 trip is cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic). We are very proud to offer one of THE BEST spring training opportunities out of all clubs in Ontario.

Each year, we take a group of approximately 40 athletes and 10 adults/ coaches. This opportunity includes other clubs and in the past athletes and coaches from Hamilton Olympic Club, Brantford Track Club, Runners' Edge, and other clubs have joined us.

We also have guest coaches from Florida join us during this camp.
