  • 2021 - 1 OFSAA Bronze Medalist, 1 AO XC Champion

  • 2020 - U16 Boys Silver Medalists at Western Cross Country Championships

  • 2019 - Individual OFSAA Bronze Medal, U16 Boys Bronze Medalists at AC National Cross Country Championships

The Cross Country season is one of the highlights of the year for us. We participate in and host many races, and have a close-knit and supportive team. We welcome new members who want to pursue their love of cross country running.

Our program is one that is very comprehensive but also very rewarding. With dedication, we have seen athletes develop from middle of the road runners to some of the top in their age group. Our cross country program involves a combination of interval workouts (sometimes on track and sometimes on trails), hill training, core and mobility, strength training, and weekly long runs. As well, we ensure to balance club and school training for our athletes who are also participating in a school cross country program.

Speed and Power Athletes (Sprinters, Jumpers, Hurdlers, Throwers, and Combined Event Athletes) also continue training throughout the Fall. Their focus is on general strength and conditioning workouts including Crossfit/ circuit-type training and hill training as well as a limited amount of event-specific technical work.
